A 50% deposit is required to hold the requested day and time.
In submitting this form, I understand the deposit for this event is non-refundable if the
event is cancelled less than 7 days to its scheduled time and/or there is a no-show for
the event.
The event may be rescheduled without any penalty if a change in date request is given to
Tepee Archery within 7 days of the scheduled event.
There is a minimum charge for the event of $102.00 (six participants).
