SPECIAL EVENTS PROGRAM

Looking for something different for your child’s next birthday celebration or your next scouts' meeting  -      How about a party or special event at Tepee Archery?

We offer a 1 1/2 hour event in a format we are sure all your guests will enjoy!              

Ø  10 minutes of Archery Safety and Range Rules.

Ø  40 minutes of instructional shooting at targets. Minimum age – 9 years old.

Ø  10 - 15 Minute break for food, drinks, cake, snacks

Ø  30 minutes of shooting at balloons. Minimum age – 9 years old.

 

   Tepee will provide all the archery equipment for your guests as well as table and chair
   set-ups. If you wish, you may bring in food and drinks or order out for pizza.

   So that all participants can enjoy full use of our range area, birthday parties and
   special events are always scheduled after regular lane hours on:

Saturdays:   5:30 to 7:00 PM
Sundays:     2:00 to 7:00 PM
Tuesday:     4:00 to 5:30 PM

NOTE:  Sunday hours are flexible.  1 1/2 hour events may be scheduled during times above.  Sunday hours are not available July 1st - August 31st.

The cost for a birthday party or special event is $17.00 per child. Special rates are available for non-profit and school programs.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. There is a minimum charge of $102.00 per party.

Our calendar for birthday parties and special events fills quickly. Please contact Fran at (978) 877-3287 or Eileen at (978) 877-2710 at least 3 or 4 weeks in advance to book an event.

So if a special event is in your future, consider holding it a Tepee. Your guests will be very glad you did!!
