For Something Different Have Your Next Party At Tepee
We do parties for cub scouts, boy scouts, explorers, brownies, girl scouts, youth groups, church groups, youth and adult birthday pasrties, or just about any type of party. Parties run from 6:30-8:00 pm (8:30 if you are having food) and are scheduled for Saturday nights only. We supply all necessary equipment. The group is given a safety lesson and basic form and technique instruction. After initial shooting instruction participants will shoot at balloons for the rest of their shooting time. Our maximum capacity is 42 people divided over two ranges. A 3-week notice is advisable for bookings, as this is a popular activity. Please advise all participants to be on time, as your rental time and instruction starts at 6:30 pm sharp. Those who arrive after the safety instruction has begun will NOT be allowed to shoot.
Any damage done to the building or equipment is the responsibility of the party organizer. One supervising parent is required for every 5 shooters. BIRTHDAY PARTIES The cost of a party is $85.00 for up to 10 participants. Additional participants are charged at a rate of $8.50 per person. Parties consist of 1 1/2 hours of safety training, certified instruction, and general shooting. Two certified instructors will work with shooters for the entire shooting time. Special rates apply for recreation departments, home-school organizations, and church youth groups. If you desire to bring food in for your party we will extend the party time by an additional 1/2 hour and will supply tables and chairs. There is an additional cost of $35.00 for a food party. This extra charge is for set up and take down plus the extra 1/2 hour room rental time. NO FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE CONSUMED UNTIL THE ARCHERY HAS BEEN FINISHED.
SCOUT PARTIES Cost is $70.00 for up to 10 scouts, and $7.00 for each additional scout. Party follows the same format as above. NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED FOR SCOUT PARTIES.
UNSUPERVISED PARTIES If the standard format does not fit into your plans, a group may come in and rent equipment on an hourly basis without instruction. For this type of party one adult is required to be present for every 3 children. Food or drinks cannot be brought in. Rental cost is $12.00 per shooter 15 years of age or younger, $14.00 per shooter over 15 year of age. We require a $20 deposit per person for a walk-in party.
